Description
CHRYSO® Dem Oleo SPL−09 is a specially formulated low viscous mould release agent for precast concrete segments. It is a blend of additives and chemicals having good releasing properties, which are superior to those of conventional mould oil. The CHRYSO® Dem Oleo SPL−09 form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, thereby enabling easy stripping from concrete and acting as a protection to steel and wooden formwork. It enables oil free finish surface after deshuttering giving advantage of less surface wire brushing / mechanical rubbing before providing any coating or renderings. ‘CHRYSO® Dem Oleo SPL−09’ is supplied as a ready to use low viscous liquid for direct application and use

It does not corrode steel. It enables fast and easy stripping of formwork.
Due to its excellent release properties, little or no deposit of cement paste remains on the shutter surface.
