Jobsite description
SAS iTower is 171 meters tall edifice, spread over 10.75 acres in Hyderabad. Its South India’s tallest commercial project. It has the largest floor plate of 1,20,000 sq.ft and is infused with State-of-the-art technology for higher productivity.
CHRYSO expertise
The construction of the SAS iTower required 500,000 Cubic meter of concrete for the in-situ poured elements.Based on its expertise and its large range of technologies, CHRYSO developed a unique and tailor-made superplasticizer to meet the needs of the jobsite, while optimizing the concrete mix design with locally available resources & also with high percentage of cement replacers.

Project technical challenges
CHRYSO took up this challenge to design a unique tailor made solution SAS iTower.
SAS iTower is a 6 Basement + Ground +35/37 Floors Project.
This project demanded for:
- High retention and free flow concrete
- Vertical pumping of >150mt height
- Zero Bleed or Segregation & No Delayed Dispersion
- Cement replacement to the tune of 30%
- Challenging variations in raw material
CHRYSO was able to deliver a robust product with mild adjustment in dosage to address all the challenges.
